Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Personal Assistant SMS program collects and how it is used. The program is operated by Preston Collins and texts only its owner.

What we collect

• The owner's mobile phone number, which is the only number the service texts.
• The content of text messages exchanged with the service.
• Message delivery records kept by our SMS provider, Twilio.

How it is used

This information is used only to deliver the service: to answer the owner's questions, send alerts and reminders, and process opt-out and help requests. Message content is processed by the AI provider that powers the assistant (Anthropic) to generate replies.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information is shared only with the service providers needed to run the program (Twilio for message delivery and Anthropic for generating replies), and only for that purpose.

Retention

Conversation history is kept on the service's own server only as long as needed to continue the conversation, and the owner can clear it at any time.
